A gorgeous hotel, my first choice in Patong. Perfect base for 2 nights with absolutely friendly and superbly friendly staff at your request. A great selection of food at the breakfast, including coffee and tea. Well-maintained, trendy rooms with fridge, bathtub, perfect setting. 5 minutes walking from the but station.

Fashionable and new-fashioned room with a nice decor. Many things to like: very comfy bed, outstandingly accommodating staff from that particular staff member.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice and spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff, especially the door/ security guy, was extremely friendly and helpful. He met us at the taxi and even took our bags to the room. The location of the hotel was great too, with everything we needed within walking distance. The beach, shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife were all just a short walk away.

I recently stayed at ASHLEE Heights Hotel for a week and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were decent, and the pancakes and fresh omelettes were a highlight. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, shopping mall, and nightlife areas. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was a nice bonus. it was a pleasant and value-for-money stay.

The Roof-Top Pool since my Room was only a few food-steps away. The concept of the Hotel is good, unfortunately the workman/craftmenship in terms of finish quality is very poor!

Hotel Managment and Frontdesk Officer's are not up to International Standart. Needs some Training but I mean if you decide for a Local managed Hotel who have to bear the pain!!! It's a pitty that they can not up-grade, it is the same style since I come to Thailand approxx. 25 years ago

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, value for money.

Some staffs are not literate in English, which we find difficulty to communicate with them. However, they was trying so hard to help on our requirement.

Rooms were clean and spacious, with amenities like a washing machine and microwave. The location was convenient, with nearby 7eleven, bike rental shops, and massage parlors. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and well-maintained.

the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, causing the whole bathroom to become wet when showering. The shuttle service to the beach only ran every 4 hours, which was not frequent enough.

Place has potential but due to not being completely finished does not show as yet as being 4 star hotel. Staff friendly; down

Air con in main living room is not effective at all. Had extra person sleeping in main lounge room sofa but air con was just blowing hot air around. Also pool closes way to early at 7pm even before sun goes

Perfect room with high quality facilities in room. Worth for money.

Location is quite far from beachs and restaurants. walk around 20 mins. We have to hired the taxi motorcycle costed us around 60 baht per 1 time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a nice shower and bath. I was also impressed with the hotel's rooftop swimming pool, which offered a great view of the surroundings. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was away from the noise of the city center but still within a convenient walking distance from the beach. I had a fantastic experience here.

Very good was the big sized suite, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Everything was new and still in good working condition.

The breakfast was on a 1 to 2 star level, extremely poor selection, so we bought our own food for breakfast. There was only microwave and fridge, but no heater for cooking. Most of the staff struggle to communicate with the English language. Air-condition in all the rooms are very noisy. Also noisy from the road side. Very limited shuttle bus service to beach and shopping complex. Road to shopping complex is very busy and dangerous as lots of road construction is going on along the road. The prize is at the upper scale for this kind of room, breakfast & service.
